Overall just an ok experience, which was disappointing considering the place’s reputation, I’ve been to the street Ratchada branch a couple of times in the past so I think I got a good idea how the services would be. The massage therapist greeted me quite coldly and seemed annoyed that I was still finishing up the welcome drink and not following her to the massage room instantly. I was wearing a skirt and she didn’t even asked if I wanted to changed I had to ask for a change of clothes which again she seemed annoyed, while she was massaging me and wanted me to move so she slapped my arm multiple times to wake me up instead of patting on my shoulder or something a bit more gentle. I’ve been to a lot of spa and massage places ranging from high to low this is probably the first time experiencing this kind of waking (lol). Maybe it was bad timing cause I booked the appointment quite late but I will definitely not be returning...

Extremely disappointed with the service at Let’s Relax. Ms. Joy, the receptionist, was shockingly unprofessional. I clearly informed her of the treatment I wanted, yet she booked something entirely different. I had to repeat myself three times, and she still didn’t seem to care.

I booked a body scrub, which I’ve had at other branches with no issues. But here, they simply shoved a tray at me and told me to choose — no explanation, no guidance. When I asked questions, she acted like she couldn’t be bothered, avoided eye contact, and gave the bare minimum response. It felt like she had no interest in helping customers at all.

This level of service is unacceptable and absolutely below the standard that Let’s Relax is supposed to represent. I will not be returning to this branch and cannot recommend...
