My stay at Arjaan Rotana BurJuman was absolutely outstanding! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed by the warm and gracious hospitality extended by the staff.

The rooms were not only immaculate but also incredibly comfortable, making me feel right at home. The attention to detail in housekeeping and room service was exemplary, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

UPDATE: Response to Ulrich - While I appreciate you responding to the reviews however I don't expect the hotel to improve their service levels and improve other guest's experience at my expense!!!! You have very conveniently apologized and I wish I too had the option/opportunity to apologize by not paying in full since my experience was poor! Please do not charge your guests upfront and please have the courtesy to waive off charges when you are not able to deliver on service levels.

The hotel service was below average when paying more then 1k per night. My room wasn't cleaned for 2 days even after reminding at the guest services on the 2nd day assuming I had a to call to get my room cleaned!! Not sure why the lack of responsiveness?? The water in the bathroom sink always pooled. Even after letting the house keeping know it was only momentarily ok and then started clogging again. Also arjaan takes money upfront so it seems they are least bothered and provide less then avg service as they got all their money!!!!! The only good thing about my stay was the size of the rooms, (one more grievance - I had asked during checkin to give me a creek side view but I was given the opposite!!! The guy also ended up mistaking me for a other guest when booking!)
