The Orchestra Restaurant & Cafe — Restaurant in Dubai

We we're so disappointed to your Burjuman mall branch!!!! We booked for 55 pax and the actual total guests was only 45 persons.The employee named SHER said that we can't able to take away the left over food (which we paid already) because he said they served buffet (we requested on the set up only) and according to him it was new rules by their new management. If it's buffet, why we paid 55 pax instead of 45pax only?? And SHER was so rude while talking to us!!! And the Manager was just staring at us and listening!!?? We hope that the Head Management will do...

Used to be good with the old name orchestra I was a daily visitor there now its changed to Harmony since the restaurant was sold the taste and quality have been compromised Staff is very nice and helpful as the new restaurant has retained the old staff But at the end of the day you pay for...

The Manager of this restaurant is very rude and nasty, dont deserve for the position, if there rating lower than 1 star I have to rate him...
