Loved their products. I tried mango pomelo sagi recently, and it was amazing. This is an ideal place, especially in summers to beat the heat. Will definitely go there more frequently now. Plus they also have options of other food products such as cookies, which is always a treat. Moreover, they have an option of different types of milks to accommodate anyone with allergies. The staff was also quite friendly.

Disappointing drink flavour mostly. The driver was grumpy. We ordered Taro milk tea - it tasted watered down and no tarp flavour. Also ordered the mango passion fruit ice tea - it didn't have any mango taste. Also ordered the pudding milk tea - and it had little taste. The cream cheese lychee was nice though.

Terrible drink. I tried Hey Sugar a few times but this time is terrible. The boba is sour, I guess it’s the old leftover boba from yesterday, which gives me a stomachache, and I wanted the drink hot, but it comes cold. So disappointed.

Ordered online for me and my cousin, they took our order. They took the money (17.53) out their bank and then 5 minuets later cancelled the order.. called the store phone and they ended it after 1 ring and then completely stopped taking calls after calling them multiple times... called their personal number if they dont put the miney back in my cousins account i will be taking legal action as it is classed as scamming. Do not recommend this place. Terrible service. And...

Please be aware!

Basically I made an order on Deliveroo and they cancelled my order. When I enquired, the reason was due to incorrect pricing? I'm sorry but if you list something for that price, you should honour it.
