I cant believe how amazing the hotel is? its well presented, the presentation is amazing, it just gives that rich feeling. I am a business am, I see how low star hotels target that as a marketing tactic

my point is, your hotel deserve to be in star league of it's own, me personal I'd give you the jew holy 7 stars, cuz the only hotel I can pretend is better then this hotel is the penthouse hotel but it still looks ghetto runned and owned

other hotels opened on a budget are not to please customers but the owners and investors, so moral of the story, I don't no the balance between the hotel or the staff or service, I was interpreting staff and customers, again, the staff work as a team to make sure every customer is treating exclusive, now that is, total eclipse worst of all I was trespassing lool

I just wanted to jump on the bagwagon, it is honestly true, I felt like the security was very rude but it's OK cuz you just seen what I said LOOOL so honestly they was so polite I am scared to go their again cuz i walk around the place like I own it, only cuz i look sensble and wealthly LOOOL no comment,

i was in a different hotel and they seen me eating noodles I asked for milk and they was really upset also I was moving like a tourist so basically I learned a few room numbers, the guy came up to me and said sorry but nobody is in that room loool I took the piss and said I actually believe you Cuz I'm sitting here and not in that room LOOL

my point is, I always look like I'm suppose to be here, let me tell you something fantastic again, anybody that don't have a grand can not walk inside that hotel and feel sensble and they won't even be able to dress capable basically another fantastic point? Only customers and staff have access to private floors and basically you just cant walk in the hotel and walk up stairs to go to your room, staircase and lift that needs a key as in card,

I am so happy once again the place is always quite I plan to tell people I no I rented the whole hotel LOOOL I was thinking to myself I felt like I was the only person in the hotel on a 5 minute video again this hotel is like new York they got people taking your care keys and parking it, I can't believe it,

I've only been confident enough the other day to challenge myself anyway it's me sneaky LOOOL Pc1991 the police call me DC why is that? I drive my personal car into the police station and they said this is holy ground they said how did you get in LOOOL I said I am undercover LOOOL, that was funny cuz I'm just a local expert independent criminal means I advise and don't TEACH Loooool no comment sorry about that,

My final point after reversing my writing it's more realistic to say, I am the only person that can afford to be here LOOL

Once again, I...

Fantastic. My partner and I stayed here now for the second time. The first time wasn't the greatest. The view was not lovely. The room itself was missing a pillow extra each (only 1 pillow each before asking for another).

This time, though, we were checked in and in our room before 2 pm! This was fantastic due to us going to an orchestra at 3 pm, so this saved us both quite a lot of time. We pick this hotel purely because for us, it's a great location in Birmingham and a bonus if you're going to the Symphony Hall as it is connected. The service was wonderful this time. The politeness from the checking in staff and efficency did not go unnoticed!

The room itself is tired looking, though. The carpet could do with some sprucing up, perhaps replacing in some rooms? There were bits of carpet missing near the walls. For some reason, there were no bin liners in the bathroom, and there was some chipped paint, small little things that could have been spruced up, along with an unusable socket thst should be closed off completely. The alarm clock with wireless charging is a good feature. One of us always forgets our chargers, so this is refreshing. Regarding the bathrooms again, I understand small handsoaps are nice. However, in this day and age, a pump action handsoap would be better suited, and you can get some beautiful looking containers with them. Also, people with skin conditions find liquid soap a lot easier on their skin that hard soap. The same could be changed with the shampoo and conditioner, I've used the brand a few times now, and it still continues to leave my hair dry. The shower gel/bubble bath as well tends to leave your skin feeling dry as well so if you prefer a good moisture, feeling soft after a bath, I would recommend bringing your own stuff (unless they've changed it since October 2023?).

The fridges in the room are handy, especially when I was on a 2 week liver shrinkage diet as this kept my liquids cool! The TV is huge, the view this time was lovely, we heard no noise this time which was blissful! The bed was too hard for us, and we did need more pillows, as lovely as the pillows are regarding softness. They didn't offer our necks much support.

All in all, though, if you're coming to Birmingham to visit the Symphony Hall, definitely book here! The grandeur of the hotel, the service, the location, you can not fault it. Hopefully, we'll be back again, but perhaps maybe the small changes regarding shampoo, handsoap, and bubble bath/shower gel would have changed, especially being better for the environment and people with...

Me and my partner booked this for my birthday and we loved the look of the regency suite on the website as there’s a staircase, I called and checked if the room actually looked like that and I was told that the spiral staircase was in the suite. On the morning of us arriving I called about checking in early and I was told that our room was moved and the staircase wasn’t in any of the suites. It was at this point too late for us to cancel and book something else and we were already disappointed but the manager mark upgraded us to the executive suite for a discounted price. ||When we checked in we were told that we couldn’t have breakfast in our room as that wasn’t offered, we were confused as we’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in the uk and it’s always something we do. When we got to our room we noticed that there was a breakfast in your room card hanging on one of the doors, we took that down and handed it in and no one mentioned any additional charges. It was only in the morning as the breakfast arrived that we were told there was an additional 55 pounds charge just for it coming to the room, at that point we were looking to check out soon and we had no choice but to accept it. The breakfast itself was sadly very disappointing, it was overcooked and inedible, we left the plates almost entirely untouched and that was the only meal we had time for that day before we made the journey home so we left hungry. ||We also had issues with our ac that we just couldn’t get to work and the bathtub was temperamental and we struggled to empty it, we called down on three separate occasions about these same issues and each time we were told that someone would come to the room to assist and no one did. We had a very uncomfortable night of sleep as the suite itself was really stuffy and hot without the ac and we were unable to use the whirlpool at all as no one came up to help us with that. ||My partner made such an effort to make my birthday special for me and this stay definitely ruined that. ||I got an apology email from management about our experience and the removed the additional charge of 55 pounds for the breakfast but still charged the initial breakfast charge despite me telling them it was inedible and the plates being full when we left. We also got charged a 40 pounds security deposit that I was told would be refunded and it hasn’t been. ||We usually stay in London in the uk and from now on we will stick to that as sadly this experience wasn’t worth what my...
