TAKE Wellness — Attraction in Cheltenham

Went to hydropool today, in Cheltenham, with my nine year old son, after speaking to Simon, and Kate about trying out one of there swim spa,s. Arrived, and were made very welcome by both of them. Had a walk round the showroom, looking at there range of hot tubs, sauna,s, and general bits for the garden, including a range of barbeques, and even an outside pool table. The centre piece of the showroom is one of the latest swim spa,s from hydropool. Me, and my son got in it, for about 30 minutes, Simon, and Kate were very knowledgeable about the swim spa, and answered any questions I had about it. My son and I, loved it, absolutely brilliant, great fun, and really relaxing, I want one. I've been to other hot tub, and swim spa showrooms, over time, and over all, I would say hydropool ticks all the boxes for me, quality products from a reputable company that has been going for 35 years,...

I contacted Simon as I had a problem with our Hydropool Swimpool circulation pump. I also told him I would like a quote for a complete service as the pool was now 13 years. I found quote very reasonable and I was happy to go ahead.

The pump installation and full service was carried out by Sam in a very thorough, professional manner and I’m delighted with the result. It’s like having a new Spa Swimpool. Sam also checked the next day just to make sure all was OK.

From my initial contact with Simon to having Sam complete the work, I was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Had our Hydropool Serenity hot tub since January and don’t have the words to express our gratitude to Kate and Simon.
