Avoid at all cost! We popped in for a meal out, our first issue began when we complained about the knives and forks being dirty to which we was told it was just "water marks". They did sort this and changed them to which we was grateful for. However our second issue came, the prices are outrageous, we paid it however and expected a decent quality food for the 50 pound we paid. However to our surprise we didn't, the food is mostly microwaved, we watched them continually take food in and out of the microwave and they still advertise that it is fresh. We barely ate anything, it tasted bland and honestly just off. The meat had bits within it and just honestly wasn't healthy. We popped in as I've just had my child and felt extremely sick after eating as I didn't want to throw up on the property we left. I then went back to complain and was met with a horrendous attitude via the manger. We was then asked to do the staffs job for them. We waited for them to come to our table and didn't really have time to complain as again I felt sick. I do not know how this place has received so many good reviews. Just beware guys.
Replying to the disgusting comment Helen has left. To clear things up. We ate nothing. I ate abit of Yorkshire pudding that's about it. If you really must, please take a look at your cameras, you will see we did not eat much. We was the table with the big white pram, now the table at the side of us a big family did eat everything. Fair enough for them. However. The peoppe with the big white pram us? We did not. To call us scammers, abusive and dishonest is unbelievable. We did not come for a full refund i came to resolve the issue. And yes we came back. Why? Because i did not want the added stress of a surge charge after throwing up. So yes correct we did come back. As commented above we did thank the staff for changing them, and as stated we was grateful for that so I'm not sure how you can comment on that really by saying it is a failed service. I did not state that that was the one thing we praised them for. There wasn't much more we could have done. My other reviews are not private, at all. There isnt many reviews as I don't really like to leave reviews. If we was asked for a receipt I would have happily gave said receipt to you. But you did not. Instead you gave us a sigh and disrespect. You then proceeded to tell your staff to "move" to speak to the lady who served us. And yes. She was polite. Nothing more said on that. On that note we certainly won't returning and we certainly are not anything what you have stated we are! Your reply is outrageous. Please check your cameras then reply to me, you will then see what we "ate". And what we did not. If you are certain we ate the whole thing you are most welcome to check. And if you did want the receipt, i do not have it now however i do have a card one and I'm more than welcome to pop that down to see you. If you really do not believe your treatment towards us was not okay and nether is your review. I think you have us mixed up with the table next to us who was not as polite as us. And that's okay, people make mistakes, but what isn't okay is this and I will not tolerate it. I understand this is your business and you are trying to defend said business. As a business lady myself I understand, however I would never treat a customer in this manner, I also would take what other reviews have also stated, some more of people not liking your food. Were all okay to have our opinions. However to go ahead and leave said comment stating these things, now that truly is dishonest and unprofessional. Especially when we know and so do the staff what we "ate". Which was nothing and I'd like for you to watch your cameras on this day and see who is then being honest. The whole time, we was polite so I'm not sure how that warrants abuse. After you have done this, I'd like a formal...
Read moreTiny Tots Village Playzone in Skegness is a delightful haven designed specifically for children under the age of ten. It’s a vibrant, cheerful space where young ones can lose themselves in a world of imaginative play and boundless energy. With an array of play areas catering to different tastes, it ensures that every child finds something to captivate their interest, whether it’s climbing, sliding, or engaging in creative play.
The variety of play zones is indeed impressive. Each area is thoughtfully crafted to provide a safe and entertaining environment where children can explore and enjoy. From soft play structures to themed zones, there’s no shortage of fun to be had. The playzone is meticulously designed to spark joy and foster developmental skills, making it a top choice for families looking for a child-friendly outing.
However, not everything at Tiny Tots Village Playzone hits the mark. The café, unfortunately, falls short, particularly with its milkshake offering. Expecting a refreshing treat, I was met with a concoction that tasted disappointingly artificial. The lack of fresh ingredients was palpable, and this single experience dissuaded me from sampling the rest of the menu. It’s a pity, as a quality refreshment could have complemented the otherwise enjoyable visit perfectly.
Despite this culinary letdown, Tiny Tots Village Playzone remains an ideal destination for young children. Its engaging and diverse play areas make it a standout choice, even if the café could use some improvement. For families with little ones, it’s a place where fun takes center stage, ensuring hours of entertainment and memorable moments. Just perhaps, consider bringing...

I must say I felt slightly disappointed as when looking up this place to visit whilst on holiday and saw the little houses, I thought it was going to be like a role play village, not just soft play with the different houses as an exterior. I will say though that once we got inside, both of my children enjoyed themselves.
The entry price was excellent value for money (£5.25 per child), considering you could go in and out as often as you liked throughout the opening hours. We however only enjoyed an hour there as wanted to spend most of our time that day across the road doing other activities.
The whole place could do with a very thorough deep clean. The balls in all of the ball pits looked like they haven't been cleaned in quite some time and on the metal platform where the 2 red slides go into a ball pit, there was quite a thick layer of dust which you could tell had also been there for quite some time. Unfortunately there wasn't a staff member available to speak to about the cleanliness issues we found and we didn't have the time to wait as we had other activities planned.
We would visit here again if in the Skegness/Ingoldmells area but I do hope it will have had a thorough deep...
