We took our sons to rock reef for the first time this weekend for my youngest son’s birthday treat, they both had a brilliant time. All the staff are very helpful, good safety briefing with clear instructions given. There is a good selection of different climbing walls, I loved the fact you could easily see what walls are in use from the padded mat that goes down on the floor when you climb, it really easy to spot which walls were free without having to constantly be looking up. We didn’t have to wait long periods of time for any of the walls, it was very well organised. They decided they also wanted to do the pier cave (and wanted me to join them too!) warning for parents - it is very narrow inside the tunnels! Just the one time around was plenty enough for me 🤣 they enjoyed going around a few more times without me, but didn’t do it for a full half hour. Thank you rock reef for the 1/2 price locals offer you have running, we really appreciated it! The boys are already asking when we can return, so we will be back again soon.

I don't normally muster the energy to write reviews but I felt compelled. The staff were just exceptional. My kid had been long awaiting the moment he turned 4 so he could go climbing and he wasn't disappointed. We used the 50% off discount code to do climbing plus cave and another £3 when there to do the big drop slide. The facilities are great and for the price we paid very reasonable but maybe at full price I might've cringed a bit. Lucky I only have 1 kid. The real perk however was the wonderful experience the staff gave us. From high fives at the check in desk to funny jokes during tutorial and words of encouragement and genuine warmth when my kid was being prepped for what was to him, an epic adventure. They were just all so lovely! I really can't praise the team enough. I'm sure on a scorching hot Friday afternoon there's many other things they'd rather be doing but it didn't show. Fantastic customer service. Thank you all so much x

Did the high ropes with my niece and it was great fun. Got to go around the course a few times which was good as otherwise it would have been quite a quick visit. Staff really friendly and helpful. Defiantly recommend and good to do on a day when its not an outside sort of day. Booked for 10.30 and it was nice and quiet, so a good time to go. The High ropes are right by the café so great if you have someone who does not want to go on them as they can easily see you from the café. Which was hard to tell from the website!
