I took my repeat prescription in to the pharmacy department and the lady I saw recommended their free repeat prescription service, all I had to do was leave my prescription slip with her and fill in a form and they would do all the hard work for me, they would send me a text message when it was time to pick up my prescription. I was very impressed. Until I realised a month later that I was about to run out of my prescription in two days time and no one had contacted me to let me know it was ready. Sure that it was just a teething problem I called up and spoke to a very helpful woman who apologised and said she would call my doctors and sort it out for me, and she made sure my prescription was available for me the next day. Fine- problem solved. Here we are a month later and the same thing has happened again! No contact in regards to my prescription which is going to run out any day now. This time I am unable to get through on the phone at all, I've been trying for two days and it just rings out. Someone picked up on one occasion and put me on hold, I was left on hold for so long the line went dead. Pretty anxious about getting my prescription as like everyone else I'm not taking it for the fun of it!As I handed over my prescription slip to the pharmacy I have been unable to take it elsewhere. I understand that there could be delays and problems but not to call the customer to advise them of this is just completely unacceptable and...

Ground floor: Entrance : perfume, different types of makeup like ' Mac, Dior, Elizabeth Harden, Urban, Too Faced, NO7 etc all boots products just look up they had a label on it we're to find the item like on left side Dental section nearer is Men's, vitamins, allergy, pharmacy, then in the middle is skin care area, bath and shower miniature, far right all shampoo, electric shaver, toothbrush, hair dryer etc, till and check in & out, hair colour, now we got the ' ESSENTIAL CURL CREAM' that some of the customer are looking for now it's back

I was visiting store Boots today for my a few personal things, and because of amazing customer service from last time, I come to check for something for my self to section Dior cosmetics. And after a few minutes come to me very lovely Miss, to ask me how she can help. Her customer service was professional, amazing presentation of Dior products and very kind from her to helping me found amazing shade of lipstick which I am gonna use every day.
