We were booked in for both courses at 15:30. I had mixed up the time and thought it was 15:15. By the time we had arrived and got served it was 20 past 3, on the websites it states arrive no earlier than 10 minutes, therefore we were just bang on 10 minutes early. We were served by a boy at the front desk who had the worst attitude ever!! We were told when we had arrived 10 minutes early "Find a table or wait inside, or whatever". We went and waited outside as no tables were available. When we came back in the boy asked us the same questions as he did 8 minutes ago, which i thought he was doing out of arrogance as he was the one who told us we were in at half 3. We completed the first course which we really enjoyed! When we finished our first course we had half an hour until our next course so thought we would have a drink. Well that didnt happen, we sat for 10 minutes without a menu and then asked the food waiter for a menu. We were given the menu and a further 20 minutes passed and still no order taken. I think a lot of other people were waiting too. We then just decided to complete our other course. We went up to the desk again to the boy to ask for another 2 balls he just looked at us and didn't acknowledge us, so after 5 minutes of waiting we just took our own balls. We really enjoyed the Indian Ocean course, it was a bit crowded but it was fun. i dont think we would return here after we were made to feel SO uncomfortable!! I would look for another mini golf place with friendlier staff and better...
Read more2 indoor crazy golf courses in the heart of the city centre. Fun for kids and families but also has a bar and adults can drink while you golf! Split into 2 levels, main floor is the Surfers Paradise course and this is by far the best out of the 2. Plenty of space and a quirky layout. The 2nd course is located downstairs, the neon-lit Indian Ocean course. The downstairs course is amazingly decorated but the holes themselves are a lot more basic compaired to the upstairs course. Also less space and a bit more enclosed. You can chose to play 1 course of your choice or book 2 courses together. If you only book 1 course I would strongly recommend the Surfers Paradise as its the best of the 2. It will take around an hour to play both courses depending on how busy it is. BE PREPARED TO WAIT... can get busy during weekends/peak times and you can be waiting a while for the people on front to finish before you can go. Enjoyable day out providing you book at the right time. Great location about a 5 minute walk away from Glasgow Queen...
Read moreThe girls and I had a great time at Jungle Rumble. We especially liked the neon course which gave plenty of opportunities for photos 😅. However it loses a star due to a couple of disappointments. Due to the restrictions, drinks are table service only but this meant we waited 30 minutes to even put our drink order in (This was even after 2 attempts to remind the staff that we were waiting to do so). This delayed our entry to the second course which is downstairs. The timing of people going from the first to the second is not staggered/controlled so it meant there was an influx of people starting when we were which made the experience feel a little crowded.
That being said, I think once there is a bit more normality (and if they have the right amount of staff on) this is a great wee thing to do...
