Since our last visit Q park have taken over the operation of the facility. It was noticeable on arrival with large clear branded signage and notification that it's "card only". Did not see signage for pricing going through the narrow entrance and barrier. Walking past the pay area on level 4 to leave the car park there are 3 pay machines BUT not a single tariff notice. An enjoyable afternoon shopping and eating then on to the theater for the Panto. Arriving at 1554 and leaving at 2202 put us over a 6 hour window. The cost jumps from £13 to £24. If the tariff had been displayed more prominently we would have been able to split the time by driving out post meal and re-parking before the Panto. While council run car parks are encouraged or forced to display tariffs by law there seems to be something amiss for private parking like QPark. A terse response from QPark told me I stayed over 6 hours and that's the charge.Take care and be aware out there , avoid the parking here if possible or be prepared to move the car. I think the charge is far too high after 6 hrs and would discourage me from future visits. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. By way of follow up I have received a quick response and apology. Within that contactv s acknowledged there's a lack of signage re tariffs. A simple refund of the difference between a split time option of £11 & the charge of £24 would be a simple and positive outcome. This was denied in the direct custoner service contact...

Read moreThe most appalling car park and the most appalling service I've ever experienced.
We booked and paid for parking here in advance and when we drove into the carpark, it was full.
Having to then drive around Windsor for an hour looking for somewhere to park before finding a short stay that cost us an additional £30 which allowed us to check in to the Travelodge.
Because I couldn't cancel the booking, speak to anyone about it, or find anywhere that allowed 24+ hr parking with spaces in Windsor, I had to return to Windsor Yards at 9PM when spaces were available.
I managed to get through the carpark first time with no damage. The second time I want so lucky and kerbed my wheel causing over £150 worth of damage to my vehicle.
The width restrictors on the entry and exit barriers are not only very tight, they're also curved so they are incredibly tricky to navigate in any vehicle larger than a supermini.
The ramps to the upper levels are ridiculously narrow and ridiculously tight
