Awful changing room experience and they need to get changing rooms for men. I was trying clothing on in one of the two stalls within the changing rooms. Mine was obviously in use, as the curtain was closed and even put my rucksack against it and the wall so there were no gaps along the side. As I was putting on cycling shorts, an older man opened the curtain to my stall, laughed and said "whoops sorry". I shut the curtain quickly after shouting and he was still laughing. The stall next to me was EMPTY the entire time!!!! The curtain for that stall was open and it was directly in front of view. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and I'm so angry. I told the person at the till that they need to get separate changing rooms for men, as a random man has just opened the curtain to mine when there was a a vacant stall and they barely reacted like it was nothing/nothing to be concerned about. Which has annoyed me even more and made me think if this has happened there before or they're just not bothered. Couldn't find another staff member and I just really wanted to leave soon as. Worst experience I've had in a changing room and they need to take it more seriously when customers say things like this. Like what if it were a younger girl? Changing rooms need to be sorted or monitored more for safety, especially when women and young girls are in there...
Read moreI’m unsure why this store only assigns a random staff member to occasionally assist customers in finding shoes. It seems logical to have at least one or two dedicated associates in the trainer department, given the constant demand from parents and grandparents searching for footwear for their children.
The current fitting process feels counterintuitive. Instead of providing customers with clear stock information—such as the availability of sizes for each shoe style via a tablet or kiosk, as many other retailers do—the system requires scanning a shoe first. When it turns out to be unavailable, customers are left waiting 15–20 minutes before trying again with another option. This inefficient process is both frustrating and time-consuming.
It’s hard to imagine profits remaining strong when customers leave due to poor service and lack of support in completing a purchase. We came here ready to spend money, but the prevailing “can’t be bothered” attitude makes it difficult to...

I was standing there for ages with a trainer my daughter wanted to buy no one was around so I went to the till for some jumped up chav with a black eye (not surprised) pushed right in front, the BOY behind the till said nothing, I had to tell him to join the cue and move!
The boy said he would call for someone, when I finally found someone I asked if he could please get me the trainers as I’d be standing around holding it trying to buy them for at least 20 minutes, he held his hand out and said wait a minute! That was the last straw I said forget it this place is a joke threw the trainer and walked out, he didn’t even flinch so it obviously happens regularly!
Apauling place...
