Rituals — Attraction in Guildford

My daughter and I had no plans of going to this beautiful shop RITUALS because we never knew about it.

We were in the area and were on our way home after a long and tiring tour of Guilford. However, the strong, sweet & amazing aromas sensed from a distance directed us right into the shop!!!! And it was just WOWWWWW….an eye opener for us.

The main purpose of this review is to highly commend one of the employees, REEHA, who answered our questions without us actually asking them… She was full of SMILES, ENERGY, ENTHUSIASM, PASSION & you name it!!! She explained to the fullest and enlightened us about their products, which ended up in us purchasing a beautiful Ayurvedic Shower Gel and Aromatic Candles and Diffusers that we have never seen before…. As Christmas Gifts for family members.

Thank you REEHA…… you have left a mark on us and you will definitely see us again!!! Keep it up and Well done for your outstanding Patience...

I love this store. The service, the products, the brand/marketing & the business ethos. All 'right up my alley'. I popped in briefly a few weeks ago & discovered a skincare product I'd not tried before. They were unfortunately out of stock, but I popped in again yesterday & not only was the product I wanted back in stock, but they had a lovely promotion running (buy 2 skincare items from their Nameste range & get a free exfoliation product). At purchase, they offered to sign me up for membership & as this was my first 'membership purchase', I received a free gift. Celine was super helpful & friendly yesterday. Thank you Celine. I will definitely be shopping at Rituals in Guildford again.

Absolutely amazing products and an unparalleled customer service from Edina. My Canadian friend and I popped late afternoon on 11 November. The store was quiet and we were lucky to receive Edina’s undivided attention. Not very often you see these days someone so passionate about their job in retail. My friend was not familiar with the brand so between us we tested a LOT of product and Edina was extremely patient with us and gave us knowledgable guidance when needed.
