Absolute worst skin fade I've ever gotten. My low taper fade was less than two weeks old and I went in to just get it cleaned up before a few weeks of travel. Looked at well-rated barbers near my hotel and chose this one. Biggest mistake of my holiday. I walked in first thing in the morning, and no one else was in there but the barber (the younger muscular guy).

I told the guy exactly what I wanted, and he proceeds to shave MUCH higher along that scalp than it was obviously at. And then he barely knew how to trim the top. So I was left with the sides of what was left of the top sticking out, and I ended up going back to the hotel and spent 45 minutes trying to get it to at least look non-comical.

And to top it off, when I was ready to pay, he said it was £40. Are you kidding me?! £40 when the going rate EVERYWHERE around the area is half that? I'm guessing he was clearly taking advantage of me being a yank. Had the owner or anyone else been in there when I was, I bet he wouldn't have tried that.
