I was looking for a last-minute birthday gift for my artistic friend. It was Sunday evening and I did not expect to find anything unique. I checked the store's opening hours and surprisingly LUSH was open until 8pm. The sales assistant Avannit was outstandingly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about their products, trying to guess my friend's preference and suggesting something unique. I chose a beautiful perfume and her colleague Rory took my payment. As I was paying, he asked me if i know the story behind the perfume and how it was created. When he told me the story I was just standing there in awe how artistic the story was and this was exactly what i was looking for! He was so kind to write the story down on a card for me and I left the store happy, satisfied and with a nice memory to remember. I had to check the receipt to see if there was a name for who served me at Paddington because she was so lovely. It says Mariam so I hope that is correct (she has curly hair)! I stopped at Lush to treat myself which I havent done in a long time since having a child. She helped me with picking out some products that I had seen a lot of hype about online. She was just so friendly and warm that I felt comfortable asking her questions without feeling judged. She also gave me a few samples to try on my sons curly hair. I left the shop feeling taken aback by the service she gave as it is so rare to meet people so good natured- I wanted to go back and give her a hug! Amazing experience. Harry really went the extra mile and offered to keep my 5 year old entertained while i shopped. He had a great time making pink bubbles at the sink! I honestly felt this was such a thoughtful gesture and allowed me to do 5 min of shopping in peace! He also gave him a tester to take home, my son loved It! Aviva at checkout was also lovely and gave me some free samples, Cadila also gave great customer service and offered some fab recommendations. I was sad when i realised Lush Brent Cross closed down but now im happy as ive discovered this amazing new store! Couldnt be happier; 5* for atmosphere and customer service.
