As an update to my review of a year ago, unofficial lunchtime closures from 1300-1400hrs continue to be not infrequent. These aren't shown on the website, and the closure notice only goes up after the fact, so be cautious when you're planning to picking a up a scrip! My other comments stand; I am a frequent visitor and I certainly have no complaints with staff attitude. They do their best, however Boots needs to show this branch some love. The store is always busy, often with a long queue, and clearly needs more staff to sort out their management of repeat prescription orders. I have repeatedly been assured that my prescription will be ready on a give date only to find that it has not even been requested by them. I am currently on hold waiting to find out if the prescription they have requested urgently will be available before I go on holiday.
I will be withdrawing from the repeat prescription service.
