La Parra Tapas — Restaurant in London

Attended the restaurant yesterday after being in the hospital for several hours, the waitress who greeted us, short stocky women with dark curly hair, was extremly rude and behaved outrageously, once sat down she did not even look at us when we was ordering, she was abrupt when speaking to us and very aggressive with her tone of voice, once ordered she grabbed our menus and threw them onto a shelf by the bar, at this point we both got up and walked out, never in my life have I experienced such discusting customer service it was appalling, I know of a lot of people who work and attend the hospital oppersit and I will never be recommending this...

My favourite small piece of Spain in London! The food have amazing taste! I have tried different dishes and all of them get the five stars. It is tradicional cooking, but you can taste the fusions of new flavours. And really good value! The iberico secret! Yummy yummy! Any corner have a good details to take a picture. Alabama was warm in her attentions. She Always advises good recommendations and explaining all dishes with details; even, she explained me the history of the place. She is a sweet girl with a lot of arte! Even she takes care about the temperature of the salon. The attention and the food come quick. Really recommend...

Service was shocking. One of us ordered a pizza, after nearly an hour waiting for it we chased, member of staff asked kitchen to clearly be told they hadn’t made it. didn’t even have curtsy to come and tell us, to then bring us an undercooked pizza which we sent back only to he brought one equally as bad back in return. We also didn’t get 3 of our tapas dishes for over an hour. All the food was terrible. We watched the chief touching all the food, his face etc and not washing his hands. Didn’t get asked at all if we wanted more drinks. Dishes not cleared away! Place was terrible, don’t go so...
