I came to the shop asking about the email i received that i had a free shower bath oil . (Before i go there i knew that i need to purchase to get the free bday gift) so i shown her the printscreen of the email . Its clearly said that JUST NEET TO PUT THE CODE instore or online order . And she said she cannot do it and still asking for a barcode from the email i recieved which is there is not it just a CODE .and the i told her maybe you can look up in your system like other bday coupon ( Body Shop ) .she told me rudely . “Oh we are not body shop “but my point is im just asking her politely to look in thier computer using my email i used in my account .. she didnt even help me to or suggest a product to choose even i asked her politely too . Read moreI visited the Rituals store in Bromley yesterday with my mum to look for a gift for my sister’s birthday. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by staff with a welcoming smile offering their assistance.
I explained that I was buying a present, and to narrow down the options Elliot asked about my sister’s preferences. While we looked at different products we were offered tea which tasted so good I brought some for at home!
Before entering I was feeling quite stressed after shopping around and not finding anything suitable, I left the rituals store not only with the perfect pressie for my sister, the Sakura gift set and the new edition Rozakura gift set for myself but also feeling zen from the good energy’s and aromas in store!

I believe the gentleman assisting me was called Matthew? I may be wrong but it was in the Bromley Glades Sotre. He was very helpful and answered all questions I had in mind. He showed me a variety and explained in detail which ones were preferred for different reasons.
I ended up buying a luxury selection box for my mother and a luxury shaving set, plus an extra moisturiser for my dad. I’m sure they’ll be just as impressed as I am ☺️😀
