Grounds of Arabica — Restaurant in London

I always saw the shop empty and I discovered why the hard way. They asked me out of the blue and for no apparent reason while waiting to be served 'where are you from?' (I'm from the UK, born and bred) then didn't follow that up with anything else as if that was their only concern. What is it to them where I'm from? They are obviously not from here and have no right to ask such questions, especially to paying customers.

Then one time, a man came out of the back of the shop to the shop front and began to stare at me, holding a scornful gaze for some time while I was waiting to be served. I found that very strange and it gave the impression I was not welcome there.

Now I understand why these people have no customers. I WILL NOT be coming back to...

The speakeasy of coffee shops, this unique and independent coffee house was the perfect place to relax with a Sunday paper. The coffee was supreme quality and the pastries delicious; you simply cannot leave without trying the cinnamon bun! The fresh juice bar has a varied and nutritious menu, was feeling indecisive but opted for the Mrs T in the end, well balanced and tasty at an affordable price. Really bad customer service. I ordered an iced latte, I reiterated my order 3 times. Then was handed a hot takeout cup. I once again said I had ordered iced and instead of remaking my coffee, she turned around dumped the boiling hot coffee into a plastic takeout cup, added a handful of ice which obviously dissolved immediately and then gave back to me.
