Great cheap food - however there has been serval occasions when making an order for a delivery (they were out of stock but don't bother informing you over the phone) they will replace your food or drink with something else without telling you - hoping that you won't complain - well, here it is. I personally think its very bad to do this to your customers, I hope you find this useful and inform your customers precisely if there is any changes in the order, otherwise you might as deliver what you thinks best for your customers! Additionally, I have come across two really rude delivery guys over the years, once he dropped the pizza, down the stairs but still delivered it (there was dirt on the pizza). Terrible. Another time, the delivery guy swore at me because he didn't want to come up to my flat, i couldn't go down easily because i was very unwell. Despite the above I still recommend ordering from them a they do try and their pizza (7.5/10) is similar to pizza hut and believe it or not, they delivered an English breakfast...

We came on May 21, 2023 on a brief trip to London from America, thinking this was an Italian restaurant. We both ordered the Pasta Bolognese expecting to get spaghetti pasta. When the waiter was called he said he told us twice that it was penne pasta when we made our order. That is not true, we specifically wanted spaghetti pasta. If that was the case we would not have ordered it. We also asked for extra meatballs. They were the frozen kind, small and they cut them in half. Who cuts meatballs in half? Also they did not have ice for the water and it was room temperature. No bread was served with the pasta. When I asked he said there would be an extra charge. He proceeded to bring two pieces of white breakfast toast cut in half. I. He cooped an attitude when I told him I was not going to pay for the toast. He even tried to insinuate my credit card was not good. I think they need some courses in cooking and customer service.

This is a great little find in a very popular area. As soon as I walked in, I was made welcome with a friendly, smiling face. Nothing was too much trouble and very keen to please. They sell pizza by the slice as well as whole, I tried 1 slice of the tomatoe and cheese pizza, which was a generous slice it was moist and tasty. I ordered a pasta dish with prawns and asked for extra garlic, and again, this was no problem. The dish arrived hot and with extra garlic, very nice. The only disappointment was I wanted to try their strawberry cheese cake, advertised above the counter in a large picture, but when I came to order, I was shown strawberry cheese cake ice cream. I informed the person that I wanted what they were advertising but was told "sorry we don't have any."
