Taste Of China — Attraction in London

I write about food for a living and have lived in this area for 20-years, absolute disgrace. Had a £150 order to place for a group of ten journalists. I called nobody answered. Entered at 10pm, nobody there, called again nobody answered. Entered the shop at 10.45pm and they rudely and aggressively told me they had stopped serving and continued to be rude, after I walked a mile to get there. They advertise they close at 11pm online and on their leaflet, this is a lie, they do not care about custom. They do not accept cash and there are very few cash machines in the area. Expect an explanation from the owner of this place as to why they think they can treat customers who have been coming for years...

Rare for me to post a review but I had to for this sweet little place! This place has the best Chinese food I’ve ever had in the UK. Been getting food from here for many years and the staff are always polite and delivery is always quick. I’m a vegetarian and their tofu in black bean sauce (ask for spicy) and mix veg chow mein (mixed with chilli oil) is a great combo and with their portion sizes you can feed two add veggie spring rolls too they’re amazing! My friends who eat meat have the same opinion regarding their food too. A must...

Food arrived fast looked and smelled nice, very disappointed with taste and quality once i plated up!! Rice had some sort of weird looking meat which definitely did not look like chicken but more like skin 🤢(Picture below) Chow-mein was sloppy and bland. Extremely disappointed!
