Had recently ordered for my company Christmas Candle Arrangement. We ordered some special Christmas Candle Arrangement,I also have provided sample and color is well. The order was given Friday and pick was Monday. When I arrived on Monday and saw the Candle Arrangement was pretty made from girl who works there. I only was not happy about the color and instead two candle he decided to put 3 candle, but candle was not problem. Just sad the color are not matching.

He was looking for the color many places last two days, couldn't find, if i don't like i don't need to buy, he put money straight on desk and sad to me by by don't need your custom, I am the king of this area us a Flower shop don't really care what you think". atc
I just sad to "he us shop owner should not promise customers and not holding hes promises. But he dint like criticism at all. Shouting at me constantly. I left shop crying out. He really heart me with hes bad attitude.

Read moreMy wedding @ Four Seasons took place on Nov 18th/19th 2021, and Warren was responsible for the flowers. I was promised the world and that it would look like a dream. I never received any pictures beforehand because “it was in his head”, but I trusted him and was excited to see how it turns out. On the day of the final reception, there was basically nothing in the room!!! The next day Warren apologised for “forgetting” the arches in the room (4 instead of 8) and the loveseat decor. He also conveniently botched the candles from pink to an average looking white. All in all - ruined my reception decor. Now he has gone MIA and refuses to pick up calls or respond to the event planner team Silver Fox. I gave him 10 days before writing this review. For any big events, please stay away. This is quite sad and shameful. Warren, in the very least I still expect you to be regretful of messing up one of the most important days of my life, and come back with an apology for your attitude....
Read moreOrdered online via a page that said they shipped to Hammersmith. I was ordering from New Zealand and had allowed plenty of time. They accepted the order with a Hammersmith post code and took payment via Paypal. The day before delivery I got a poorly written email saying the order couldn't be completed since it was out of their delivery area.
I replied, politely, and asked about a refund (and mentioned they should update their web page). I got no reply. The next day I got an (automated) email saying my item was despatched. Nothing was ever delivered.
I again emailed to question this and again got no reply. In the end I had to open a claim with PayPal to get a refund. It seems they never replied to them either so I won my refund.
So, incorrect and misleading web site, orders automatically accepted despite the post code for delivery entered being outside their area and extremely poor customer service with no response to issues raised. My recommendation is...
