Read moreThe pebble beach is a pleasant place to be and the views over to the Isle Of Wight and beyond have a charm. There are cafes, public gardens, monuments and playgrounds dotted all the way along. Read moreLovely long pebble beach, perfect for a peaceful walk along the seafront. I visited on a weekday, and it wasn’t too busy, which made it even more enjoyable. It’s a great spot for walking your dog, although do keep in mind that dogs aren’t allowed on the beach from April until the end of summer.
The beach itself is clean and well-maintained, with several nearby cafés for a coffee or snack. The Pier is just a short walk away and offers lots of activities if you’re looking for something a bit more lively. Parking and public transport are both conveniently close, which makes getting here easy.
All in all, a great place to relax and enjoy...
