A short story. Myself and my wife just lost our dog two weeks ago. Coffee on the pier was a regular stop on our weekly walk along the front. This Sunday morning it was one of the first walks we had done since we lost our dog. We approached the queue and there was a very cute dog,, not on a lead. The dog stepped towards my wife and she reached down to stroke it. But to our shock the owner literally dragged the dog by its coller across the floor and rudely said not to touch the dog in a very aggressive way. Fair enough. But calm down! There is absolutely no place for that amount of anger. This Sent me into an absolute rage, as we only wanted to be kind and remember what it was to stroke a dog.
