Rituals — Attraction in Sheffield

Every single experience in this store has been absolutely amazing. I’m constantly in medowhall and always find myself drifting towards rituals due to the lovely atmosphere and decoration of this shop. I love the products. Most of all, the staff here are so kind and helpful without being overbearing and leave you to enjoy the experience.

I am also a carer for a boy with disabilities, every time I’m in this shop they let us wander and have a good smell of everything which is brilliant for him to learn and enjoy. Today they even had some stickers for him to decide from and he loves the moon, so had to get that for him. I was greeted by a lovely woman who made me feel at ease. I really wish I asked for her name. She was very knowledgeable about the products, fragrances and helped me choose products that would support a good nights sleep etc. She helped me choose a Mother's day gift for my Mum that I know she will love. I've used Espa and Apothecary from M&S but the Rituals fragrance is stronger and longer lasting than both of those brands. All of the products are above 90% natural so it works great for my sensitive skin. The origami paper packaging looks high end, it's also recyclable. I recieved two free gifts too! Love it! My experience at Rituals in Sheffield exceeded expectations! The store was very well maintained and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I would like to mention Charlotte in particular - her level of knowledge was impressive and she truly conveyed real passion for the brand!

I think having staff members who are truly committed to learning about the brand they’re working for, taking the time to try the products they’re promoting, and giving genuine, valuable advice is important. And Charlotte did just that and more!
