I absolutely love living here!

Abbie, Annie and Jodie are the most wonderful team and brighten up all our days when they’re on reception!

The facilities are all finished to an exceptional quality and the building is kept super clean by the wonderful maintenance staff. It’s a two minute walk to the closest tram stop and a short walk from the city centre so you’re never far from the fun.

It’s great to bump into other young professionals around the building and the resident team host some really great social events. Hoping for a coffee shop or a yoga/spin studio to move into the empty unit at the front of the building!🤞🤞

I stayed in this apartment for a year, and it has truly been one of the best living experiences. The receptionist was always warm and welcoming, which made a great first impression. She was not only friendly but also very helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. The apartment itself was well-maintained, with beautiful views and comfortable interiors. The amenities such as the gym, residents' lounge, and home theatre were excellent and added a lot of value to daily life. The management team was professional and considerate throughout my stay. Tilt Works Apartments – Total Rip-Off

Avoid this place if you value fairness. Tenants pay over £1,200 a month, yet the building hits visitors with parking fines based on rules that aren’t even displayed. I got fined twice for simply picking up my girlfriend — and only after getting the tickets was I told there’s a 20-minute parking limit. But guess what? The signs say nothing about any time limit.

This feels like a cash trap, not a genuine policy. How are visitors supposed to follow rules that aren’t even written? It’s a shady system designed to squeeze money from people instead of offering real service or care....
