Where do i start,
We (a group of 4) visited paradise golf after a meal at TGI's and were very dissapointed. For starters, i had to get refunded for being overpaid on the 2 games i had paid for. The staff were rude from the start of this and it only gets worse. We had completed our game and enjoyed our time on the first game and eagerly awaited our second go around!
When trying to redeem the second game the member of staff told us we needed our score sheet to redeem this which we were not informed about and therefore not aware of as we discarded this earlier on.
When looking for the score sheets my friends decided to get a refund so i was on board. I spoke to the same member of staff and she tells me i cannot get a refund for the second game even though this had been paid for.
All in all, the experience and playing golf was an enjoyable one. But frankly the poor and unprofessional staff have let this place go. It was also extremely unpleasant watching a member of staff talk about us to another member of staff, frequently looking over with a...

It's fun for the kids, and they love the Tiki themes, colourful, cartoon voices, etc. But it's not remotely comparable to say the one in Arndale (Urban Playground).
You have to write the scores by hand, which is quite a faff for 2022, the Arndale one just records them automatically, and you can choose to try for double points, and depending on the pathway your ball takes you can rack up points like a mad person. It makes it a lot more fun for adults, so head there if you have a grown up birthday or leave do.
As for this one, the Paradise Golf, well, it's ok if you want fun for the kids, and a more traditional mini golf experience ⛳️ 🏌️♂️ But it really isn't comparable, and the pricing is frankly ridiculous compared to what other (more digital) mini-golf courses have to offer. We paid around £12.70 per head for the 2 courses, and that's with our...
Read moreA bit of a rip-off. Took the kids on a rainy day before we went for tea, we shouldn't have bothered. £26 for a family of 4 to basically queue up for an hour. The golf holes aren't particularly exciting and the half a dozen anamatronics don't really justify the cost. Seems to be very popular for people on dates, it may be great for chatting as you wonder around but for a family, it's not value for money. The main reason is how busy it is, the place is rammmed and they don't seem to limit the number of people coming in. So you effectively just stand around queing for the next hole not wanting to make the people in front of you feel rushed but then there's a queue of people waiting behind you so you end up rushing your hole rather than taking your time and having fun. So, if you're looking for something to do with the kids in the trafford centre on a rainy day, we're going to stick...
