Would be zero stars if I could! Terrible customer service. I spent over £1000 in there for a family birthday last year and it was fab. Booked today to take my partner there to check it out for a large corporate event. Put down £20 deposit on the day but got a puncture so called ahead to say we’d be late, then asked if they could simply slide to another day. I foolishly thought that a small booking for 2 people with the potential to book in a corporate hire for 30 would grant us a degree of flexibility. Sadly the business owner was rude, didn’t pause for breath, raised her voice almost immediately and said I needed to give 48 hours notice to cancel or change - which clearly isn’t possible when you book on the day. Yes she offered us a later time, but with roadside assistance not coming, I thought common sense might be that she’d simply agree on this occasion to be compassionate, particularly when a multi hire booking was coming in.

All I can say is I was treated very badly, customer service is shocking, her language and judgements at me were exceptionally bad, her shouting at me down the phone frankly unnecessary, she hung up on me twice. So keep my £20 with my good grace and please put it towards a customer service course. You’ve lost out on a larger booking and I’ll delight in recommending your competitors over you. The most vile business owner I’ve had the displeasure of trying to work with. Simply no flexibility or compassion at all. Avoid at all costs !

Following my review they then placed low malicious ratings on my company google reviews which they haven’t had any dealings with, are not connected in anyway to the corporate booking we were going to place as that was for my partners business and serves no purpose but to unfairly retaliate. My review was from a customer yet they've now targeted my company which has not let them down in any way. Speaks volumes that they will attack other businesses unjustly, rather than review their own standards. Liverpool echo got it right when they published articles about this establishment. We had a blast! I was searching for something to do with my Son on his 16th birthday. I came across ultimate airsoft and it looked great. I contacted via telephone and spoke to a very polite member of staff, they explained about the different packages and options. Booking online was simple I paid a £20 deposit for the two of us. Today we arrived at 11am paid the remaining ballance and 2.5 hours later we had finished. I booked the ultimate package with double ammo, the package included 5 different targets and a choice of 5 guns each. The guns we chose was a pistol, magnum, M4 assault rifle, triple shot shotgun and we finished with bolt action sniper. The guns look realistic and pack a little punch, the pistols and magnum are easy to load and fire well. The larger guns especially the shot gun require a little more strength to pull back. Its good that you hang up your own targets and send them down the range at a distance of your choice. As it was my sons birthday and we chose the ultimate package my Son was given an additional target and was able to use a launcher which fired approx 150 rounds in a few seconds, it was a nice touch finish off our visit. The staff were very helpful and were on hand to assist. The range is easy to find and there is ample of free parking along the promenade. We visited from Rhyl, the journey was well worth it and what we got was great value for money. We both left with smiles on our faces, we also left with the destroyed targets as souvenirs. Just wanted to add my review to your site. I took my son and 3 of his mates to the range yesterday for a 2.30PM appointment. We were all booked in and paperwork signed very quickly and once the boys had chosen the weapons we were on the range and shooting the targets. The boys got full use of the weapons they chose and we used a massive amount of BB’s. The boys and myself thoroughly enjoyed the package that was purchased from you and all in all a brilliant time was had by everyone even going to the point on 2 of the targets of slicing them in half with the BB’s.
