1st time visit , will be going back , nice park plenty of space , toddlers area , swings , slide , rock climbing wall for older ones , zip wire , footy pitch with goals, basketball court , outside gym .
Plenty of benches an seating areas for picnics , toilets on site too.
Small alley way from town leads to park , obviously town is right there too so you can mooch round to kill more time.
Only issue was parking , car parks are available but none that close and was busy when i visited even on a weekday. Some on street parking but...
Read moreGreat park with loads to do. However on my recent visit, there were several dogs there even though it states on the gate no dogs. One was behind us and was continually barking. I have a dog and had to leave him at home out of respect for other park users. Later on in the day 2 girls came in on bikes and were racing up and down grass area by the slide making it very dangerous for small children using the slide. We parked in a short stay off Church Street for a couple of hours. Don't think there is any free parking at all in Broadway as it's such an upmarket place.
