Nice place to stroll along with my dogs. Not usually crowded. I've seen people fishing for salmon here not only off the dock but straight off the shore. There's a playground for children and at the end of the drive basically the end of the Park area I guess there is a place where you can get doggy potty bags in case you forgot yours as well (so please pick up after your pets) Close to home so it's where we usually go when we just want to get away for a minute. There's also a few benches along the walk where you could sit down if you get tired I've never taken the path past the general Park area but it does look like it goes a long ways down so I'm not sure how far down it goes. Come check it out sometime... To get to it you go just behind the tractor supply and just keep going behind it there's a little one way road that behind that little log...

You can enjoy a nice walk on a simple paved sidewalk or have a picnic at a table and let your kids play on the playground equipment and grass. We see gulls, Canada geese and Cacklers here. Have seen seals in the water also. It's interesting to watch the incoming tide and river interact. Interesting logs drift by too - this one's reflection made it look...

I took a 25 minute walk there once with the dog and there were no trashcans along the route going away from the park which is my only problem with the place. In the main park, though, there are plenty of trashcans. It is also within walking distance of Starbucks, which we all know is what...
