Website is deplorable! I have reported issues with the website repeatedly over several years and yet, they continue. I left a really good review last year and love the store. I had to delete that review in order to write this one and I only wrote this one to get the attention of tractor supply. Clearly the people in customer solutions don't care. Every time I search an item for store pickup, it indicates that the item is in store and available for pickup. I add it to my cart so that I can pay for it in in advance of pickup and it charges me $15 for shipping. Once it's added to the cart it says it's not available for pickup and this is a waste of time. Then when I call to speak with customer solutions their phone system won't recognize the prompt when I push it on the keypad. It tells me to push nine to speak to a representative but it will not recognize it. After talking to me about this five or six times it will eventually transfer me automatically. Then it prompts me to press one to have a call back so I don't have to wait on hold and again it won't recognize that either. Each time I call customer solutions I spend about 40 minutes on the phone. This is 40 minutes from my life I can never get back and an absolute waste of time.Inspite of the fact, the website indicates the item I want is available for pickup in the store, customer solutions continues to insist that I pay $15 shipping. If I'm going to pay $15 for shipping they should ship it straight to my door and save me a trip to the store. However, this is not the case. They want $15 to ship it from their warehouse to their own store. I've never heard of any other business doing this. You order something from home Depot it goes to the store no shipping Walmart if it goes to the store no shipping Lowe's if it goes to the store no shipping, but tractor supply wants to charge shipping. I find this to be unacceptable. There is no reason after 3 years of bringing this to your attention that you cannot fix your website. If you don't have it in the store, if it is not available for immediate pick up, then your website should state it is unavailable, yet it does exact opposite. There are a number of other glitches in your website as well which makes it difficult to order or find what it is I am looking. It is even difficult to make payments in most cases. If you're not interested in fixing these issues and allow your website and phone tree to continue to inconvenience your customers then I simply won't return. Read moreThis is not a five-star review this is a one-star review I went into the store today and there's a manager on duty name Shay. I'm in the middle of a phone call about a sick loved one that's in the hospital and she comes and tells me that I need to leave. I asked her what that's all about and she said she recognizes me and that I need to leave the property. I then proceeded to tell her that she's got me mistaken for somebody else and that it's quite embarrassing to be called a thief when I've never stolen or was I there to steal from that store. She then admitted that she doesn't have anybody by my name that is trespass from the property. However instead of apologizing and saying there was a mix-up she proceeded to tell me I still needed to leave. So I had to put back the items I was about to purchase and walk out of the store like I'm a thief in front of other customers. I can't help but think like what if it was my mom. That kind of behavior is rude and then the inability to admit there was a mistake shows that she is definitely not manager material. I understand trespassing somebody if they have stolen from your store. However just singling somebody out because they have tattoos or whatever is very unprofessional. Read moreI've never had a bad experience or purchase to date from our local TSC. There's always some type of sale or promo going on, especially in womens & childrens apparel. For years this was only store somewhat local that we bought our chicken feed & farm supplies from but moved from the area and slowly forgot about shopping there for the last couple years, in all honesty. Thanks to my teenage daughter and tiktok, we finally happened to go in the other day and came out with things we had needed for some time but just weren't ever able to find the last couple months while shopping around the harbor for specifics and even better, on clearance!
