When I was going through the checkout line I noticed I was being triple charge for a package of t-shirts that I was buying. When I mentioned it to the cashier she took one of the triple charge that I was being charged. When I said something about the second the manager came up and started arguing with me as well as the cashier that they took it off that it shows that they took it off and the next one means that it's subtracting that. Things were very easy to find. Of course they are known for their fabulous prices but I've been to many Ross stores and this one is by far the best. The layout of the register line worked well and the cashiers were quick but took just enough time to answer questions and offer gift receipts. They were bubbly and cheerful as well...
