When I was going through the checkout line I noticed I was being triple charge for a package of t-shirts that I was buying. When I mentioned it to the cashier she took one of the triple charge that I was being charged. When I said something about the second the manager came up and started arguing with me as well as the cashier that they took it off that it shows that they took it off and the next one means that it's subtracting that. I argued with them know that's not how it works but they said yes it is and charge me for it anyway it double charged me for a pack of the t-shirts. I'm always cautious to review retailers during the Christmas shopping season but I had a really great experience here. The store was very clean and well organized. Things were very easy to find. Of course they are known for their fabulous prices but I've been to many Ross stores and this one is by far the best. The layout of the register line worked well and the cashiers were quick but took just enough time to answer questions and offer gift receipts. They were bubbly and cheerful as well...

It was an OK shopping experience. My husband and I found gifts that we really liked for good prices. But, the store is not "customer-friendly" for those of us who use a mobility device (mine is an upright rolling walker) to maneuver through the store. This is mostly because the entrance does not have automatic doors, and one is not allowed to take shopping carts full of purchases out the doors, nor is assistance to your car offered or extended...
