I truly cannot say enough about J.W. at Aberdeen's Verizon! I took my technologically challenged mom in order to help her purchase a new phone. She had accidentally lost a new smart phone and was nervous about buying a new phone and a plan on her retirement income. We were more maintenance than your average customers (several hours in-the-end), but J.W. was beyond helpful and patient despite other customers that were waiting and would only see him! He wanted to ensure that he got my mom the best phone and a plan that made sense for her needs and budget. As if he wasn't kind enough there was a major hiccup as we traded in my old cell phone. There were some complications with the iCloud and all of my past text messages disappeared, although I had backed them up. Photos reloaded...text messages did not. It wouldn't be a big deal normally; however, I had saved 2-years worth of text messages from my Dad that just passed away September. I HAD to get them back. I'm no slouch with technology, but after an afternoon of struggling with it and trying different online tech approaches, I was about to have an emotional meltdown. JW jumped in and was finally able to find a resource that helped us locate the text messages and get them loaded back to my phone. It took him a great deal of time and more people waiting on him, but he stopped everything when it became evident we had a real problem. My mom had a great new cell phone, a plan that she's comfortable with and I have my precious memories from my dad. There's no doubt in my mind, that when my mom calls me and says that she needs anything related to her phone, I will send her to JW with peace of mind.    Read moreI foolishly agreed to get a smart watch and another line in order to switch to a "business" account, and save money. My overall bill did not budge. I found a cheaper carrier, switched over, cancelled my Verizon lines and returned the watch within the stated 30 days I was allowed. Now the watch i returned has disappeared and Verizon is billing me $368 for it. The salesmen at Cellular Sales had it last - I have the receipt to prove it. But they are telling me to go to a corporate store in Olympia to sort this out! I don't like giving bad reviews. But I've spent more than 4 hours being passed around Verizon customer service, and an hour at the Aberdeen store with no resolution. I was a fool to take their deal, but I will not stand for getting swindled. Update: Cellular Sales Customer Service finally resolved the issue and got Verizon to remove the bogus charge. It took only 3 more phone calls to customer service. The people at the store provided no additional help. I know they can be very helpful, and have helped lots of local people, including me. But if you find yourself in a jam, call Cellular Sales Customer Service (not Verizon). No one at the store suggested this step. Make sure you have your account number, invoice number, PIN, phone number, access to your email, and time to burn. Or if you continue using Verizon go to a corporate store...

Verizon has excellent coverage in the area but my con is about a phone I purchased lg g4 a 454.00 phone 13 months in it died a terrible death and they replaced it because they knew it was a faulty phone but the phone they replaced it with had a terrible camera and the sound was awful the camera did not do what the original phone did. and the replacement phone had a chip in the side of the glass when i received it which turned into a crack accross the front. The phone was never dropped never wet taken very good care of but it was still a crappy phone. I have the one gig data plan because i just dont use it that much but my grandson does use it on his phone so I had to upgrade to 2 gig of data which cost me extra. 160.+ a month for three phones is a bit much. just too expensive for telephones. You cannot get out of a contract even if you only have one month left without paying 80.00. phones are paid for only have one month left and i will be going else where . If you can afford their service and their phones then this is the place to be. I would have probably stayed had they not ripped me off...
