KFC — Restaurant in Aberdeen

I usually stop at this KFC in route to Ocean Shores Washington. I stopped by on September 25, 2018 and I was inquiring about some menu offers, as I live in Seattle and various franchises respond differently to honoring television promotions and substituting side items. On September 25, 2018 the manager Kathleen seemed to be irritated and extremely "RUDE" when I was inquiring about the menu. I tried not to allow her Demeanor to bother me and proceed with my order. However, on October 16, 2018 when I stopped by the Aberdeen KFC again, I was beginning to place an order with a polite young employee and Kathleen emerged from another area of the store and told the other employee, "let's switch", the employee replied "I beg your pardon", asking for clarification and Kathleen instructed her to switch customers. I didn't think nothing of it, until I asked Kathleen what pieces of chicken comes in the 10 piece feast meal and if I could possibly have more wings than legs? at that point Kathleen became extremely Unprofessional and RUDE, saying when you was in here the last time I answered that question and all of you people are the same (I'm an Black American Senior Citizen). I told her that a few weeks ago when I was in the store, I merely asked if coleslaw could be substituted for the mashed potatoes in the 8 piece meal (my wife prefers coleslaw), which was an entirely different order. I was really offended by the manner in which Kathleen Treated me as a customer and human being. I'd like to say that Kathleen's behavior is not representative of any experiences that I've encountered with KFC organizations and I'm surprised that she's in a manager position that might influence other employees. I intend to file a formal complaint with the district office, in hopes that noone else will be subjected to the same treatment. Kathleen DEFINITELY needs SENSITIVITY Training and customer service...

This review is from my Dad Larry Johnson. I have to agree with him. Yesterday we visited your restaurant. When we went in the facility it was nice and clean. We ordered our meal to be eaten in the restaurant. My dad used the rest room. There was no toilet paper and no warm water. The towel to dry your hands was not enough to dry your hands. We ordered our food and when we received it, we were given a cup with a lid and a straw. We were then told that they were out of most of the flavors of soda. We placed ice in the cups and it shot out at us. There were no condiments at all, I understand that because of COVID. I ordered a leg and a thigh, with mashed potatoes and gravy, and coleslaw. When I reveived my food, the chicken was sitting in a puddle of grease, and the coleslaw had very little dressing on it. The restaurant was so cold that we froze during our meal. My dad ordered 3 chicken strips, 2 biscuts, and mashed potatoes. He could not even bite into the chicken strips, he had to use his jack knife to cut it . The flimsy spork was useless. We took our food home, and the cat and dog would not even eat it. Colonel Sanders would be ashamed. So sorry to have to be blunt. It cost a lot of money for such poor food and...

I haven't been to KFC in years because, tbh the few times I have, it has always been long wait times, and the food was decent but just not quality enough for the price and the wait. Tonight, we ordered our food at 9:16 pm in the drive-through and was told it would be a 14-minute wait on our chicken. We agreed this was fine. When we pulled up to pay, they told us it would be a little bit longer, but if we got crispy chicken, it would go faster, so we agreed to this. They asked us to park off to the side to wait, and we did. We waited for 31 minutes before I decided to call the store and they told me they had forgotten about our chicken and that they just came out and they were wrapping it now so it would only be about 4 more minutes. Okay. Soooo 4 minutes comes and goes and nothing. Of course, the whole time cars are coming and going getting their food, but we are still waiting. At 10pm I finally get mad enough that I go inside to go see what the heck is going on and the Young Daryl Dickson looking guy tells me sorry and that he threw in a few chicken strips to make up for it. 🤦‍♀️ The food WAS decent, but the service was...
