Taco Bell — Restaurant in Aberdeen

So last Friday, August 9, my partner, and I stopped in to Taco Bell in the afternoon after a business meeting. I’ve been in this area now for a little over 2 years, but have not gone to the Taco Bell, even though I was quite impressed with the fresh clean look of the exterior, due to the fact that I’ve had some pretty bad food experiences, as well as very obvious cleanliness issues in recent years, with some Taco Bell locations. I used to love Taco Bell but it just seems like they have been slipping broadly. This Taco Bell far exceeded my expectations, and then some, on every level, including most excitingly, the food was the best I’ve had at a Taco Bell as far back as I can remember. My partner said the very same thing about the food. We were both highly impressed, enough so that I wanted to let them know personally while I was dining, how much I appreciated it. I went up and talked to the manager, and she was extremely excited about the compliment. I even overheard her ask her team if they had heard what I had to say, and she went onto let them also know, job-well-done! This experience undoubtedly is the start of an overhaul of my attitude about Taco Bell. My hope is that they have all worked, or are working to bring the business back to a standard that can be trusted as a whole, and not just by location. I will definitely be a regular to this location, that’s for sure. Fresh food, friendly service, crisp clean environment, great price! Bravo Aberdeen Taco...

Access to the location is basically the worst part. The line is usually long beyond the order box but once you actually order it goes very quick, which often makes me wonder why the line is so long. It isn't abnormal for other vehicles to drive through the line with it being so long and close to another business so be sure to leave enough room for another vehicle to cut through; you will understand what I'm talking about when you get there... If they can find a way to speed up the ordering process I believe I could add another star to this review. The other problem is the exit. It's right on the edge of an extremely busy road and is often a challenge to leave the drive through while the light is green with crossing traffic. The best way out is to use the light so I recommend circling around the store and hope the line got shorter to help get you to the intersection, otherwise it can be a bit of a wait while watching for the light to turn red. Maybe I'm just being picky. I don't recall them messing up my order, ever, and the food is good. It's a Taco Bell and doesn't taste any different than any...

The Aberdeen Wa Taco Bell is exceptional in the way of fast food. They havr found a way to streamline the system, and the crew working when i wa sthere. Was like a well oiled machine. They were running it more like a restaurant kitchen than a fast food one. One person on window, and they had a kiosk to order at if you came into the diningroom to order. Somebody greeted every person who walked in the front door. And not with a generic "Welcome to Taco Bell, be right with you", but with something original and thought up at that moment each time. As orders came in, someone was reading the order out to the staff and then that same person was bagging and checking the order before it went out. It was definitely the fastest I have ever received my food at Taco Bell, and the freshest. I actually had to let my steak quesadilla cool off before i could eat it! Crazy right?! These guys are doing it right! Would love to see this transfer to other locations, and other fast food restaurants! These guys deserve a thousand...
