BS!! my daughter and her friends went to go watch Weapons and they got their tickets at the booth where you scan your barcode and get your own tickets. the manager was saying they could go get their tickets from the cash register but they had already gotten their tickets so proceeded to go get their popcorn and whatnot. the cashier that got their popcorn and drinks for them was very polite. but when they went to go show their tickets to the staff they happened to know my daughters friend from one of her past relationships with the staffs friend. they started fighting about it and it was very unprofessional the girls were just trying to ignore them at first but it got too far so they started talking back. they proceeded to go into the theater and then when they sat down, the manager came up to them and said “is there a problem with my staff?” one of the girls said “your staff was bringing up personal things of my friend” and she said “okay well let’s keep it professional” and left. i think this is BS because why is she telling MY daughter to be professional. get your staff in line and maybe teach THEM to be professional. i know one of the staff’s names was Uriah. they didnt catch the other one’s name. not long after she left, she came back another time and asked “where’s yalls adult??” the girls were confused and just asked what she said because it made no sense. she then said “you have to have an adult. it’s rated R” my daughter said “when was this a rule” she said “it’s on the website and in the policy” the girls went back through the website, aswell as me. there was NOTHING about having to have an adult.and no signs with that either. also, the staff KNEW their ages yet still let them in and got my girls punished for it?? absolutely not. i’m not dealing with that bs. and she said she could switch out the tickets but all the staff so far was extremely rude and uncooperative so they just left.this is absolute BS and i will NOT be letting them go back, especially with how the staff was. get your damn staff straight and respectful THEN you can tell my daughter and her friends to be a certain way. very...
Read moreHorrible customer service. We all waited 45 mins in the theater, no previews, no movie. Multiple customers coming in and out saying they were told repeatedly "we are working on it". Red and black flashing screen. Only to find out that they never touched it according to the rude teenage boy taking the tickets. I went out to check and this rude teenage boy told me "just get a refund". I asked when they will be fixing it, or what they are doing about it he said "they aren't so just get a refund". Shortly after, another teenager came in to tell the people to leave. The entire full theater had to leave. They gave no other option but to leave. And were very unprofessional. A bunch of teens with no manners. We waited an hour in line to get a refund. The assistant manager gave refunds, but only for the ticket price. Not the tax, online fees, popcorn, or drinks. They could have at least offered a voucher for a free popcorn and drinks since we didnt get to enjoy anything. We can't even use the souvenir bucket we purchased because you can't bring in outside buckets. So we got stiffed. Any way you look at it they made money. We purchased through their website, not a 3rd party. So the taxes and fees were all theirs. And we had to repurchase everything again at a different theater so we could enjoy the movie, but at least the other theater did us right! The assistant manager told us the server went down before the movie before us (so at least an hour they had known about it). And they continued to sell tickets for the next 5 showings??? While we stood there, they began taping up signs that the show in 2 hours (at 5pm) was cancelled. But were still selling tickets to the next 2 showings. Knowing it was broken and they could not fix it. They knew it was down when we went in to see the movie and still sold us the tickets and all the concessions knowing we couldn't watch the movie. Read moreWent to go and see a movie with my husband. It started out great, we were the only ones in the theater because we got a late showing. About 20 minutes into the movie starting, my husband jumps and asks me if I just saw the huge rat that was climbing the stairs and started down our aisle. I said no. Throughout the whole movie we could hear skittering to our left which made it hard to focus on the movie itself since we were worried a foot long rat was going to climb on us.
Maybe 20 minutes before the movie ended, my husband jumped and I heard a solid thud as he kicked the rat off of his foot (thank god he was in boots) and it hit the protective wall in front of us before taking off running. When we told the staff about it, they laughed it off and told us the rat’s name is Reggie and they’d gotten a complaint about it the day before in the theater down the hall from the one we were in.
I wouldn’t recommend going here with your little ones because they could get bit and maybe don’t wear sandals if you don’t want rat feet...
