We returned to the store, explained our concern and emphasized we were thrilled how completely comfortable our chosen mattress has become. The change of the bed foundation was scheduled for a convenient time. Delivery was made by courteous, helpful and professional team. They arrived, introduced themselves, the same team that delivered the initial bed, and proceeded to complete the task. It had been raining that day. The team members, two people brought in the replacement foundation, wore "booties" on the shoes and set a protective door mat at our home's entrance all to protect our home. I have been here twice for mattresses. Once for my nephew who needed a new mattress, got him a basic twin mattress that he'll outgrow in a few years. He didn't need anything fancy at the time, kiddo loves it and says he sleeps better on it. I worked with Louise that time. Very kind and helpful lady. Having access to a truck I was able to cut the delivery costs and other unneeded charges due to that.

On my second purchase visit Louise was busy with another customer and I worked with Ceaser, I picked a Tulo Firm mattress that came with a free adjustable base. My old mattress was so worn out the box spring began to suffer and also showed wear. It was like those hotel beds that are dead and worn out.. the Tulo also doesn't have any unpleasant scent that some Bed In A Box beds have. US Made, so tighter regulations/controls on materials used and the VOCs.

When we went to check out the mattress, the lady manager said that if we didn’t like the mattress set we could exchange it for another set without a fee. When we went back to buy the king size mattress set, she had us sign a form saying there was a rather high cost to exchange the set. We broke in the set exactly as she had told us to. Within a week we hated the new mattress set. We tried to exchange it but were told of the cost to do that. We reminded them what the lady manager had said when we were just checking it out.
