Mattress Warehouse of Aiken — Attraction in Aiken County

I really wanted this to be a great experience as we were in desperate need of a new bed! Went to the Aiken store and Kevin was great upfront, told us exactly what we needed to hear to finalize the purchase (that’s on us too, we could have walked out). He told us tips and tricks for delivery if anything was incorrect (we bought a hybrid mattress and an adjustable base). We should have known better that once they get that money - they don’t give a damn if anything is incorrect - worst customer service after they get your money. I have on audio that our base was probably a return or used as the remote they had with it was incorrect and nothing was boxed when the delivery truck picked it up from the warehouse. Our old box spring was left outside while it was raining and we were told to refuse the delivery of the base after it was set up. We told customer service, managers and dispatch our box spring was wet and we couldn’t place a new mattress on wet box spring and they said to put our new mattress on the floor until they could send a new base, LOL!!! My husband and I stopped in Mattress Warehouse of Aiken on Labor Day to shop for a mattress. We were immediately greeted by Christian Burns. She was upbeat and positive. Christian asked questions and listened to our mattress concerns and needs. Because our last mattress was purchased online and was a hybrid, Christian took the time to show us several different brands and types of mattresses. This was so helpful and appreciated! We settled on the Tepur-Pedic Lux Breeze Firm. The mattress was delivered on time by a professional and efficient team of 3 young men. They did a great job in removing our old mattress and setting up the new one. Was having some anxiety and doubts about spending so much money on a mattress when there are many less expensive ones. However, we slept on the Luxe Breeze Firm last night, and my doubts and anxiety all went away. It was my best night of sleep in 5 years!! Keep in mind that we had a very expensive hybrid.
