159 Main — Local services in Akron

Looked all over Akron for a place to call home and I knew immediately it was going to be 159 main. Lori and Monica were so welcoming and kind and very accommodating. Pricing is very surprising for the location and amenities, I do not know yet what utilities and extras will cost as it averaged, but since Internet and other things are included in rent, the only thing I am waiting to see is the price of water/electric which I don't expect to be terrible.

Overall the entire place feels like a community, it's the only place that I toured that felt like a home before I even signed a lease and that's how I knew it would be where I was going to live.

159 Main is an absolutely amazing place to call home. I enjoyed amazing views of downtown Akron and the ability to watch fireworks from Canal Park and Parades on Main Street from the comfort of my living room. The building is not only gorgeous, it is also safe and secure, which as a young woman living on her own was a priority to find in an apartment. Best apartment I have ever lived in! The rooms are gorgeous, the kitchen is well appointed and spacious, and I love the big windows. Everything is new and works extremely well. Most importantly, the staff is phenomenal. I have never met nicer people. They certainly take extremely good care of the building and the tenants here. I would recommend this apartment...
