Glacier Bay Trading Company — Attraction in Alaska

Size was mislabeled compared to the hanger and tried to come back before closing hours to remedy, which was 6 PM at the time. Came back at 5:18 and they came to the door and said they would not exchange the sweatshirt for the correct size. I’m on a cruise ship that leaves at 7 PM and will not be able to come back to do it so it’s very disappointing that they would not be open the hours that they are advertising either on google or Apple Maps. Excellent customer service. Purchased nice $38 Skagway long sleeve t-shirt (Comfort Colors). Back on ship we saw that there was a fade line on 1 side of shirt & fade line on opposite sleeve. I contacted Blue since they manufactured the “defective” t-shirt. Their response was basically not our problem, contact the store. The best place to shop in Skagway, great people, a huge variety of all things Skagway and Alaska. I purchased a beautiful ceramic mug there got it home unpacked it and it broke my heart to find it broken I called Aydan at the shop and he immediately sent me another one which I really appreciated!
