I had a wonderful experience June 1, 2025 around 6:35:12PM shopping at the Albertville Premium Outlet Mall at Aeropostale store #0651, overall they had a T-shirt that I liked alot but I had noticed the sales associate #984979 register #001 Transaction #1998 on June 1, 2025 around 6:35:12PM had a messy counter top at her register when I was checking out, I noticed that she had an ice coffee behind her from Starbucks where you place the returns/exchanges, however when I got back to my aunt's house back in Saint Anthony, MN 55418 I noticed that this sales associate #984979 made an honest mistake not realizing she had stained my brand new hamburger hello kitty T-shirt from the mess she had on the counter by her register, I was told by the supervisor Ex to contact Aeropostale customer service, however I don't want this sales associate #984979 to get penalized for her mistake of staining my brand new T-shirt because it was an accident & wasn't done intentionally & she didn't even realize that it got stained by her area that I seen was messy, she is a good hard worker & I forgive her, I don't want management of Aeropostale giving her a verbal warning, written warning or any suspension. I just want sales associate #984979 to be made aware that she shouldn't be eating or drinking anything up front by the registers & that her work station should alway's be disinfected & clean when operating with customer clothing because customer happiness is a must & customer satisfaction. remember R.E.A.C.H (remember everyone associates customer happiness) I believe going forward no sales associate should be eating or drinking around any of the registers up front & this Aeropostale store #0651 really needs to give thanks to the Aeropostale store #0340 give the manager a thank you for going above & beyond to fix Aeropostale store #0651 sales associate #984979 mistake prior to my Hamburger Hello Kitty T-shirt that was damaged by the stain that got on it from the messy counter by the register. I gave a 5 star because everyone is a hard worker at this location & I was very satisfied overall, this minor mistake was unexpected by the sales associate but got fixed & resolved immediately by the Aeropostale store #0340 in Oakwood Mall on Golf Rd in Eau Claire, WI & I was given an even exchange. I ask of store #0651 to give store #0340 a call & give a sincere thank you to the manager that helped me through this, I will come back to shop at store #0651 but I ask that sales associates eat in the break room & not on the work floor & to keep there work area cleaned at all times when handling my clothing next time. customer's alway's can see when a sales associate keeps there area clean, & when there working hard at there best. I worked for alot of retail store's before & customer satisfaction & happiness is important because that's how you get good store ratings, store promotions, & the more good store reviews, the more customer attraction to the store & more positive encouragement comes from customers to others to come shop at that store location, meaning the store gets more money. Keep up the good work everyone, I'm unable to exchange at this store because I don't live in Albertville, MN but if I was given 40% off my next purchase from this store location or an in store credit for what happend & the mistake that occurred, I definitely will want to come back sooner than later, other customers who view this & shops in your location knows your a good store & you guys care & go above & beyond to give good customer satisfaction that you value so much so that customers keep coming back to shop for more just like me, but I honestly gave 5 stars because I care about everyone who works at store #0651 & nobody's perfect at there job & I'm just looking out for everyone & the store because I love shopping there for clothes & colognes. Thank you for all the hard work you do to keep customers happy & wanting to shop for more. Have a wonderful great Summer! Keep up the good work sales associates & to everyone of Aeropostale in Albertville,...
Read moreHave you ever been to the Albertville Premium Outlet Mall? It's like stepping into a parallel universe where the laws of smooth pavement no longer apply. I mean, I thought outlets were all about discounts, not makeshift auto repair shops!
I went there the other day, and let me tell you, it was like navigating a lunar landscape in my car. It's a parking lot with potholes so massive, they could audition for a role in the next "Indiana Jones" movie. I half-expected Harrison Ford to swing by on a whip, narrowly escaping their treacherous depths.
These potholes are no joke. They're like craters with an attitude problem. You know those "Beware of Dog" signs? They should have "Beware of Pothole" signs at the entrance. Picture this: you're driving along, minding your own business, and suddenly, BAM! Your car gets swallowed by a crater. It's like a game of automotive Whac-A-Mole, except you're the mole!
And the best part? They're completely unpredictable. It's like they have a mind of their own, popping up in the most unexpected places. You can't trust these potholes. It's like playing a game of hide-and-seek, except instead of hiding, they're out to destroy your suspension system.
But here's the thing. As much as we complain about these potholes, they bring out the worst in us. It's survival of the fittest out there. You're not just parking your car; you're navigating an obstacle course designed to test your driving skills. It's like a real-life episode of "The Amazing Race," only with shopping bags and an overpriced latte in hand.
And let me tell you, people get creative when faced with these potholes. I saw drivers performing evasive maneuvers that would put stunt drivers to shame. They were swerving, bobbing, and weaving like it was the Daytona 500. Forget about honking; they should hand out trophies for the best pothole dodging skills!
But seriously, who needs this kind of excitement at a premium outlet mall? We're there to find good deals, not to join a rally race. If I wanted to experience extreme off-roading, I'd go to the mountains, not the parking lot!
So, next time you venture to the Albertville Premium Outlet Mall, buckle up and be prepared for an adventure. It's like a hidden bonus feature you didn't sign up for. But hey, in the grand scheme of things, it's just another one of life's little inconveniences. You know, like getting stuck behind someone in the express checkout lane with a full cart of groceries. It's annoying, but we survive.
In the end, maybe those potholes are a blessing in disguise. They give us a chance to appreciate the smooth, bump-free roads in other places. They remind us that life isn't always a smooth ride, but it's the bumps that make the journey interesting.
So, let's raise our mugs to the Albertville Premium Outlet Mall and its unforgettable parking lot potholes. They may rattle our cars, but they can't dampen our spirit of adventure. And hey, who knows, maybe one day those potholes will become the next tourist attraction. The Albertville Pothole Tours—get ready for...
Read moreI'm not typically one to write a review, let alone a negative one. However, I feel compelled to share my experience from Black Friday this year. What was supposed to be a quick trip to check out some shoe deals (none of the prices were appealing enough to consider a purchase) turned into a 3 and a half hour ordeal stuck in the parking lot due to gridlock. There were no traffic police present to manage the poorly designed parking situation. I understand that it's Black Friday and traffic is expected to be heavier than usual, so I was somewhat prepared for what I might encounter. However, being trapped in that chaotic parking lot without any system to facilitate exiting was the worst shopping experience I've ever had. There's only one road leading into the mall, and the same road is the only exit. You can imagine how nightmarish it becomes on a day filled with 'deals' and every parking spot taken. I would like to say that I'll return to this outlet mall, as I believe it's a good shopping destination overall. Yet, it's hard to support a place that fails to recognize its parking issues, especially when it does not provide adequate support for the public on the busiest shopping day of the year. The absence of police (which is bizarre considering the increased risk of shoplifting), lack of traffic control, and spending three hours in the parking lot (only if you're assertive enough to cut through traffic and find a way out) were major drawbacks. I say this to hopefully have the Albertville higher ups fix this issue going forward because I'd imagine I wasn't the most upset person...
