I don't understand why there are negative reviews as far as Troy's personality? 🤔 Troy is as down to earth as a person gets!! Both he and his wife are super nice and giving people. I walked into to his store looking for specific Zia earrings, ( NO ONE HAD THEM IN OLD TOWN) and Troy stepped up to the plate!
