I wanted to give 5 stars, but can’t. I was in town to celebrate my birthday with my daughter. We made an appt and went in and actually had a lovely experience with Brianne (sp?). She voluntarily offered us 10% off which was so lovely. The bill was over 1K and 10% off unsolicited would have been nice. When I received the bill via email after we left I realized she didn’t give it to us so I called Bri right away. She said to get the 10% off I needed to come back to the store. I knew we couldn’t go back immediately because we needed to get to our next appt. I said I need to call you back. We got preoccupied with our next appt. Bri called me back tho and said she could no longer honor the 10% discount but could give us some stackable rings?!? I think denying us the 10% we didn’t even ask for but were appreciative to receive was creepy at best. Who does that? What kind of company doesn’t stand by their word? Gives me little faith that this company is legit. I want to return my bracelet. Ruined...

They are not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming! I had a great experience when I came in for my 2nd forever bracelet! I came here specifically because they have the biggest selection of white gold options I've seen. Most permanent jewelry shops have the same set of yellow gold, maybe some silver. But Love Weld has many options for solid white gold chains, charms etc.
