LET ME UPDATE THIS. If anyone can even understand what they wrote please explain in it to me in English.... Also saying I was screaming is a lie & not true and as BEE said they have a camera in the place so there’s the proof of him getting in my face. and I have a number of the lady who walked out after words and said she was shocked at your sons behavior screaming at me for no reason.... you better have all your paper work lined up because you messed with the wrong person. I paid the day I got my services done and this is how they treated me saying I had issues paying it? What in the heck!! Worst experience ever! As I made the complaint I was told they have got complaints before for uncertified and illegal immigrants working there. Not a smart move.
I wish I didn’t have to give them even one star. And that’s ALL because of VEE the store owners son! He is very unprofessional, and shouldn’t be running his parents business. Here’s what happened. I took my daughter in to get her nails fixed, we were in the night before we both got pedicures and manicures I paid a 108.58 plus tips. The next day at school two of her nails chipped. I paid too much for that to happen the very next day, so I took her in to get them fixed. When we sat down the lady had asked me if I knew the color number. I said “no” then She said well go get the color. I don’t k ow what color that is. So I went to pick the color thinking I got the right one (totally my fault it was the wrong color.) but as soon as she put it on I realized it was the wrong color. I told the woman that’s the wrong color 3xs and she looked at me smiled and continued. I think she just didn’t understand me. When she finished my daughters 2nd nail I told her again ma’am that’s the wrong color then she realized what I was telling her but she got very frustrated. She screamed something in another language and it sounded like she was very mad. I felt so bad but the nails looked so weird. And I wasn’t happy with the look & Neither was my daughter. So I asked if I could please pay to get the right color. Thats when Vee turned around and said “Why did you pick that color then!?” And rolled his eyes. I said I’m sorry I know I wasn’t sure of the number and the lady said “well you have to find the color because i don’t know what color it is” I was trying to explain to him I’d pay for the change it was my fault. He then jumped up screaming at me with my daughter next me. She was scared because of the way he was yelling at me and honestly I was scared too. As he was screaming in my face as his mom, sister, and wife begged him to calm down. He grabbed his phone and said I’m calling 911 you need to get out. As the lady grabbed my daughters hand and started taking the color off to fix it. He was still screaming over me as I sat in the chair, his sister had to shove him away from me. and she grabbed his phone. She told him off in another language. He sat down. They finished, I paid the lady and left. I was so upset as I had been going to this place for years, and for him to talk to me the way he did it made me so uncomfortable. I will be filing a law suit against him. That was uncalled for and very...
Read moreDo not be deceived by their high reviews. If I could I would give this salon 0 stars! Impressions Nails discriminates against special needs people! They discriminated against my sister with down syndrome and they give low-quality pedicures! She was the first to put her feet in the water in our group of 4. Next myself and my daughter got our feet in the water with my aunt waiting around 10 mintues for a chair to open up. Even though my sister had her feet in the water first they had started all three of our pedicures. When they still hadn't started her feet and ours were almost done I started to think that they were discriminating against her. Next two people walked in to get pedicures and they were sat immediately and they started working on them when they had not even started my sisters. When I kindly brought that up to my nail tech he asked the girl who started the walk-ins pedicures. She could have nicely said they had an appointment but she started screaming that they were her appointment very unprofessional! Finally after our complaint a female Nail Tech came to do my sister's nails. She looked disgusted with a doing my sister's nails. She was not friendly she did not talk to my sister she didn't cut her nails right she left a jagged edges. When she was with done, my sister said thank you twice and the nail tech did not even acknowledge her. My aunt and I were very displeased with the Discrimination and the low quality of not only my sister's pedicure but all of ours. So we asked to speak to a manager. The manager immediately started yelling at my aunt. He wouldn't even listen to what she was saying and he kept interrupting her and saying listen to me listen to me. I had to stop him and say let's speak like adults and act professional and he still kept yelling. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I feel so bad for my sister who just wanted a pedicure like the rest of us and she was treated like some kind of monster! My feet were left rough and I even had to tell my nail tech to remove stuff under my nails that he left. Stay clear of this place, this is a...

It makes me sad to leave this review because I loved going to this salon but I want to leave this review as a health concern for all customers. I went in to get a pedicure and the lady had cut the side of my toe, which had gotten infected. My toe is very swollen, red/purple and HURT extremely badly. It was so bad that I decided to go to the urgent care in which a doctor said that my toe was indeed infected from the cut on my toe. I called the nail salon and they told me to come in so they could take a look for themselves. I showed them and explained the situation to the manger Bee. After first I was trying to whisper not to alarm the rest of the customer that were sitting in the salon. At first Bee was trying to tell me that my toe was not infected and I had to continuously tell him “sir I went to the doctor and they told me that it was infected and you can see it.” Then he told me that it was an ingrown nail and that at their salon they don’t remove those which then I showed that it was a cut. Which he kept saying was from a in grown nail which was not the case because my toe was fine before I got the pedicure and there was not any ingrown nail. At one point when he was looking at my toe and just grabbed it super hard WITHOUT gloves! Which I think that is unsanitary in of itself because my toe is infected and he just touched with his germs. I asked for any compensation a free pedicure, filling, to pay for the doctors visit/antibiotics anything. He just kept denying everything with the proof I showed him. It would have been nice to have had compensation but the part that made me the most upset was that I am a loyal customer and he treated me so poorly. I wish he showed some concern at all but he didn’t. He was rude and when I was trying to work something out with him. My father in-law called him and he tried to tell him that my toe was infected before. They lost a...
