Show was great... Kevin Hart was amazing.. but after we went to bathrooms and staff forced us to go downstairs and out doors. we're parked in garage so we walked all around the convention center and across the street and the doors were locked to garage so we went back in and staff didn't know what to do so they called a manager (so he called him self. not going to mention any names. not my intentions)and he said we would have to wait till all these lines of hundreds of people get in to let us back upstairs. we tryed explaining how unfare andd he mumbled some smart remark and walked off. we forced our selves upstairs and was stopped by another staff who listened to are situation and opened the gate we're we could go get are car and problem solved. My reason for a 2 star was because staff had no way of communication with each other like mics... so everyone was not on the same page when problems needed to be addressed causing some frustration and almost ruining a great experience for my daughter's birthdays that ended up being great due to the fact we refused to listen to that one guy that didn't have a clue what...

I'm comparing this theatre to past theatres I've been to, such as the ones in Low Angeles, my high school theatre, and Pope Joy Hall. In comparison, this is the worse one I've ever been to. The chairs aren't labeled correctly so you have to guess and collaborate with the audience to find your right chair.
This is also the only theatre I've known that doesn't make announcements outside to let u a 10 or 15 minute warning that the show is starting or that intermission is ending. And this is also the only theatre I know that allows people to enter and find seats even after the show has started which is crazy distracting (imagine people walking around with flashlights and talking in the middle of the show!)
And lastly, the stage lighting in comparison to past theatre experiences is sub-optimal. There were times the actors were hard to see because they were in dark spots on the stage. There wasn't a spotlight so it was difficult to follow who the main characters were in a dialogue or a dance.
I don't think I'd come back here willingly. But they do honor our Second...
Read moreAttended to Bonnie Raitt concert 10/4/22. As always, Bonnie Raitt was outstanding. However the audience was among the worst ever. I could not believe how many people arrived late - so late that they interrupted the concert. When the rows behind me said that they felt bad for us because if all the interruptions from people leaving in the middle of the set and returning - I knew my experience was as bad as I felt it was. From people cutting in front of me in the line getting annoyed because I asked them not to cut in front of me, the the loud potato chip Muncher who left trash at my feet to the people who felt it was ok to disturb an entire row to get yet another alcoholic drink, this was the most disrespectful audience I have ever encountered. I am sure these are the same people who will watch a movie and never dream of getting up before the end. I felt like I had not even attended the concert as almost every song was disrupted .I won’t even mention those who videoed the concert even after security staff asked...
