I finally made it over here, and I must say, it was darn good! This is such a nice little spot downtown with lots of windows. We walked in and there was a short line to order. If you don’t like feeling rushed, I suggest getting a menu and stepping aside before ordering. Next time I plan to take more time to look at all the offerings on the menu. if you want biscuits and gravy, go early! They were sold out when we got there at 12:30. There are menu selections on the chalkboard and paper menus by the register. We were greeted with a friendly smile. They have things set up super smart. Their drinks are in a fridge/case, but they also have iced tea and lemonade. You serve the drinks yourself. You scoop your own ice. The iced tea was absolute perfection. They had sugar & sugar substitutes out so you could sweeten it. We got to meet Chef Marie and she was so nice in person, just like we’ve seen on tv - cooking competitions! She’s totally down to earth. My favorite part was the red chile. I knew I was going to love it because I’ve seen her cooking it on her social media channels. If you can go by there early for breakfast or an early lunch M-F, I highly recommend! Delicious, Puro New Mexico, home cooking!

What an awesome delight. It is a little odd for the parking but if you go into the parking garage and just park in the 2-hour guest parking that is best. When you first get here you're going to think it's just an office building but my mom's is actually in the bottom corner of that building. Order at the front go sit down and wait for the yummy! I love what I was told when I asked about the coffee which is up front, the lady told me to go pick a mug that spoke to me. I love that! I got the sausage egg and cheese croissant. YUMMY! The art in here is something on its own level. BEAUTIFUL art work and the interior reminds you of going to gram grams. It is completely what you think it should be when you walk into something that is titled my mom's. From the dishware to the decor. Pictures of family on the wall and shelfs. This was a wonderful experience, I'm very glad we had breakfast here.

We were in Albuquerque for USA Boxing National Open for a week. I took the team on Monday, and the food was so delicious that we went back every single day. We had something different from the menu every time, and everything was very delicious! I asked the team every day, where they would like to go eat, and unanimously, every time, they said My Mom's! Everything tasted fresh and homemade. The atmosphere was extremely friendly, always happy, and just great vibes. They truly made us feel at home! This is a must go to, place! Chef Marie Yniguez and her team, make this place Special!

Very close the the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court building where I was serving on jury duty. This is a bright cherry place. Orders are taken a the front register, when you walk in. The menu was small, but a nice variety. The prices seemed reasonable for downtown. The front cashier taking my order was very pleasant and professional (she may have been the chef). Food came reasonably quickly. I go the lazy taco burger. The lazy tacos themselves were very good, two wonderfully crispy white taco shells around good quality meat patties, lots of cheese, and a little green chili (I would have liked a bit more). Accompanying fried potatoes were just okay: they are round sliced, and many were very good, but several were over-cooked (quite dark) and few others were under-cooked (grease soggy and limp). The little salad on the plate was very nice touch and quite tasty. You are to clear your table yourself. The other juror I ate with enjoyed her green chili burger meal, greatly enjoying the burger but found the bread a bit much for the burger. She also had mixed review of the fried potatoes. Over-all a good experience, but perhaps not...

There has never been a place that I had been to that has brought up so many raw emotions, from the smells you get when walking up to the restaurant, the welcoming nature of everyone inside, the comfort of the coffee you get from the variety of mugs (reminds me so much of my grandmother's house), the beautiful art and pictures of family, and then...then you get to try the food. Truly the most amazing place i have been, so many happy emotions and memories flood my mind when you combine all of this together. Thank you all so much for putting so much love into this place. You can feel it so immensely. The family, the food, the friendliness. I can't express how great it is. I had tears of happiness as I sat there and had tears as I left. Thank you again for making feel like my family was part of yours! My wife summed it up best as she left this morning after we had breakfast. We were asked, "How was everything?" She responded with... I love you...
