Front desk staff is amazing! However, a gentlemen with long hair helped my girlfriend and I out. He seemed a bit upset after I commented about how one of their packing for cartridges doesn't do it for me as far as looks. Then proceeding to laugh at my girlfriend and I's choices of a bloom cart and "green hornet high dosage edibles." Which made the interaction awkward, still gave my dude a tip though! Hope you have a better day and things get better for you ✨️🙏

I kind of figured the bloom cartridges were either A- Fake or B- have zero terpenes. C- they may be D8.
Unsure about the edibles thusfar, but will provide updates. This dispensary is definitely aimed towards those seeking recreational cannabis at a discounted price point. As well as those making their way into the cannabis community.
This dispensary is most certainly not aimed towards medical patients, and those looking to enjoy the flavor of their medicine.

To the reply from oasis you would have read thoroughly, I also stated they may have zero terpenes. These were not tasty. Bloom cartridges, in general are LOADED with artificial terpenes, thus, they are very heavy on flavor. These were not it. I don't see how this is subjective, when I have been buying medical for the past 4 years and have used a variety of Bloom cartridges and pods that are full of flavor. Thus, i know the quality bloom puts into their cartridges. Also, did you completely ignore my interaction with staff? Or does that not matter?

The person was rude got mad and said we'll go ahead and pay more somewhere else. Excuse me I said that's why I'm not buying here it's more for less and he continues to be rude when he didn't know my son was still in the store calling me the B word. Today I purchased a cart that was shattered they replaced it .. then I had to come right back a 3rd time because it didn't fit my battery. They tried to not do it and were absolutely ridiculous and tried to force me to buy one of there batteries.. why would I purchase something I don't like using and have my own. Let me clarify that I LOVE Oasis but this specific location on Lomas and San Pedro is literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at any dispensary in the US or Canada! Their manager Andres was literally the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to when all I was asking for was them to honor the price I’d been quoted and paid multiple times. Even while standing there disputing it with me he even said the wrong price AGAIN! Then had the nerve to act like I was being cheap. It’s simple if you cannot accept debit at your location and people call ahead to plan how much cash to bring then it needs to be accurate or you need to honor the quoted price. I drove all the way from Los Lunas only to be disrespected, lied to, and treated with no respect. The manager was super rude to his coworkers too saying he’d have to retrain them to do their jobs because they clearly didn’t know how to do them properly. Just left a bad taste in my mouth.
