State Bar of New Mexico — Attraction in Albuquerque

What can you say? It’s the State Bar. Back in 2019 BC (Before COVID), when you called in, the staff were friendly, helpful and always work with you to resolve any issues. However, in 2021 AC (after COVID), there does not seem to be anyway of talking to a live person anymore. I had a reporting issue and the only way to resolve it was through emails. Although the response was rapid, if the instructions didn’t resolve the issue, you had to email them back. This went on for a couple of days. This was very frustrating, especially if you recall the pre-COVID days when live people answered the phone and issues resolved right on the spot. One star. David that works for the State bar, was so rude and unprofessional hung up on me, and people like that are just taking up space taking up taxpayer dollars, and you're just feeling of space. You have no right to treat the public the way you do. If you're that unhappy with working with the state or working in general you should not be working with with the public or anybody in the community you have no compassion or consideration. Provide no information and laughed at me as if I had spoken with you previously. Pathetic like the rest of New Mexico!

Called and asked if they had a list of Legal Representatives since there are multiple pages and many never respond, causing problems and reviewing down their poorly laid out pages is excessively time consuming and infuriating.

They told me to look on the website like I hadn't been doing that for months with immense frustration; they're no help.

Created an excel list from what they have actively posted, only to have numerous lawyers in the wrong category or no longer practicing displaying on the NM Bar site. Waste of time and energy dealing with them, their inaccurate information and ignorance. Shouldn't be this hard...
