Geek Squad — Attraction in Alexandria

This review is not for the store staff, they were honest and helpful about the issue. However, geek squad call services set me an appointment for the wrong device type and repair, and I was not aware until I received the confirmation email. Called back and had them correct it. I was told that geek squad has the Samsung repair contract, making them faster and cheaper than local repairs. I arrive in store, and get told they are not a participating location for the program.
