Main Street Magic, Miniatures & More — Attraction in Ames

This is my favorite gaming store! Staff and players do their best to bring up new players. I have enjoyed playing at mini's for the better part of 3 years. Going to mini's has made me a better Magic player, and actually made me love the game even more. Brian is very helpful and friendly and Mike while quiet is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Place is filled top to bottom with games and figures. Best thing about it...all the mini figures are organized. You do not have to stand and take all of them off the peg holder just to see what's behind each figure. They have a few cats that roam the store whom mind their own so watch where you step. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They sometimes run promos where if you buy so many figures you can get a free one. Definitely a place to go if you're looking for specific figures to up your D&D campaign or any other figure based...

This is our go-to card shop. My husband and I both play Magic the Gathering and the employees are super welcoming to new players and know a lot about the game and the cards they sell. They always have a great selection of rare singles in their case and have many other reasonably priced cards you may need as well if you're building a deck.
